Parents Without Partners provides single parents and their children with an opportunity for enhancing personal growth, self-confidence and sensitivity towards others by offering an environment for support, friendship and the exchange of parenting techniques.

At Parents Without Partners, our members strive to create a positive, friendly, and supportive atmosphere in which to enjoy the company of other single parents and their children. The following guidelines help us work together to develop this atmosphere:

The guidelines are based on the fact that everyone is unattached at a Parents Without Partners function. If you happen to bring a date for a meeting or a social event, don't feel offended if your date is asked to dance or is stopped in conversation. It is permissible and expected.

Women, as well as men, are encouraged to ask others to dance.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed at family or educational activities.

All events are dutch treat.  If someone offers to pay, accept if you wish, but this does not obligate you for the evening. 

At family activities, each parent is responsible for the behavior of his/her children.

Please remember the membership files are confidential. Anyone wanting a member's phone number or address, must get it from that person.

All members are welcome to attend family activities with or without children.
